We only use real, wholesome ingredients in our meals, so they're packed with nutritious goodness in a generous size of 400-480g, and in out petit portion size of 300-380g.

Currently, we deliver to the Sydney and Canberra areas, but we will be expanding our delivery zone soon.

Our delivery boxes are carefully packed so your food can stay fresh for several hours after delivery, but we recommend that you bring your order in and refrigerate it as soon as you can.

Our freshly prepared meals typically last between 2 to 5 days in the fridge, based on the specific dish, and its use by date.

Most of our meals freeze very well, but some may not retain the same texture after freezing. For example, when rice thaws, it may seem a little overcooked and could lose some of its flavour.

As long as the cut-off time has not passed, we’ll make every effort to change your order.
